  The location and interior are top. I could get to city centre very quickly. Staff are very prompt to any requests! I had a very good stay here, I’ll be back for my next Roman trip.

  The room was very clean and the bathroom was also clean. The host was very kind and gave me a lot of travel information. It was especially great because it was only 1 minute from Terrameni Station, so it was easy to get to other areas. It was also very convenient to travel around Rome. Lastly, the free espresso coffee was really good.

  I had a wonderful stay at Flat7 in Rome. The room was spacious, peaceful, and spotless, and the building itself was really well-kept with a little garden in the yard. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to Termini Station, making it super easy to get around and visit all the beautiful sights of Rome. It was such a relief to have excellent transportation right at my doorstep. The station also has a fantastic food court, where I enjoyed some delicious breakfasts before heading out each day. There’s a great variety of food, and everything was really tasty. The area around the station felt safe and vibrant, with lots of cafes and shops to explore. The apartment had everything I needed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while exploring the city. I highly recommend Flat7 for anyone who wants a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming spot in Rome.

  The location is just next to the Termini station and is very convenient if you have an early flight to catch as the shuttles to the airport stop 2 min from the apartment. The room was very clean and comfortable. Linda, our host, was extremely helpful. We had issues with the hot water and she came within 5 min and fixed the problem. Wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Rome.

  Linda is a perfect host. The apartment is perfect, everything is new, the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The apartment is next to the Rome train station, the airport shuttles leave from in front of the building. And you can walk everywhere. It really deserves 10 points. I thank Linda very much.
