  Clean, clean , clean. Lovely, well appointed and superb host. The location just can't be beat. Great value for excellent property.

  The location of the apartment was a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and around 20 minutes walk to places like the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and Piazza Navona. We even walked back from the Vatican City which took us 40 minutes but we got to see a lot of interesting places along the way. There were also many restaurants within walking distance. Francesco met us upon arrival and was very helpful in showing us around the apartment and providing information on local restaurants and other services.
  The apartment is a good size for a family of 5 with 2 bedrooms and a large sofa bed. The bedrooms are large so there is plenty of room to open two suitcases and move around the rooms comfortably. It would have been nice to have a duvet or extra blanket in the closet as the bed only had a sheet and thin blanket on it and I like to have something a bit heavier to sleep with. The apartment is on the third floor but there is an elevator if you don't want to use the stairs. There is a bit of noise in the street at night but not bad enough that it prevents you from sleeping and I am a very light sleeper and had no trouble sleeping there.
  The apartment was also very clean as was the kitchen and bathroom. I did cook one of the days and unfortunately there was no colander so had to drain the pasta with the saucepan lid which slipped and I burnt my hand. Also there are no large bowls to make a salad so I had to use a saucepan for the salad I made. It would also be good to have some cereal bowls. Other than that the kitchen was well appointed for a stay of 4 nights.
  I would definitely recommend the apartment and would be happy to stay there again.

  Location of the apartment was great. Only a few minutes walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants and amenities near by. Apartment was modern and spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and very responsive.

  The apartment is located in a building in the heart of Rome. the host were very responsive and supportive. the apartment is spacious and modern. it has 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets, living room and kitchenette. there is no elevator, but it wasn't an issue for us. I liked the place and I do recommend it.
