  Great location near Vatican and at ottaviano metro stop which made getting around the city (and to Termini) very easy. I like the Prati neighborhood because it is not overrun with tourists but has a lot of charm and pretty buildings. Very clean room with high ceiling, large bed, refrigerator with waters, and a large bathroom and shower. The property uses electronic keys accessed using your phone. This was very easy and I liked not having to keep up with physical keys. There used to be a small carrefour grocery just next door, but they were a bit overpriced and I preferred to larger Conad around the corner.

  The location was perfect. A quick walk to Vatican City. A few steps away to the metro will get you to the Colosseum. Restaurants and shops right around the corner.

  Top, i was thinking that i reserved the blue room because is bigger ,but the location was super at 2 steps from Ottaviano station(metro). With subway & bus you can arrived to all the important points in Rome. Definetly we comeback. Top quality renovation in the all apartment.

  Super clean and beautiful hotel room and bathroom. The hotel itself was very quiet, as was the courtyard where our windows opened into. Customer service is fantastic. I left a pair of boots and Francesco sent them by mail to me the same day I checked out! 10/10. The area is also excellent and within minutes of Vatican City.

  Location all renovated and really close to the vatican and metro. the room are very large, full of comfort like smart tv, free wi-fi, minibar, safe, nespresso machine etc. Cleaning is extraordinary, very clean. the bed is very comfortable. the bathroom is special full of comfort like shampoo, vanity set, body lotion, phone etc etc. Francesco, the owner is a very kind person .

  Czystość, blisko do metra i sklepu. Duży przestronny pokój, codziennie sprzątany. Wszystkie udogodnienia takie jak suszarka, sejf, lodówka i barek.

  La chambre est bien équipée, très propre, la literie est également de bonne qualité, nous avions une chambre côté cours donc plus calme, peut-être un petit peu de bruit avec la porte d'entrée qui était juste à côté de la nôtre. L'environnement est également bien situé, au pied du métro et juste à côté du Vatican 5 minutes à pied. L'hôte était très réactif il a répondu à toutes nos questions.
