  A quiet, warm place. Tea and coffee were available. For gests were also provided: kettle, electric stove, pots, pans and dishes.
  In the room was hair dryer.

  My daughter and I loved the location, it was easy to find and to enter the building and apartment on arrival. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having a shared kitchen where we could cook a meal and store food and drinks in the fridge.

  The location is the best, a few minutes walk from Termini, where all modes of transport converge. If using public transport during your stay, this could not be more ideal. It's also right across one of the biggest Basilica, whose Holy Door is open to visitors during the Jubilee 2025. One of the buildings in the compound (not the building where our apartment was) has a view of Rome from its roof and we got access to it. All in all a comfortable stay

  Very nice place in the sity center. All you need during your travel was in place. Comfortable beds, very clean. Excellent contact with the owner. I would stay there again visiting Roma.

  Great and friendly host, kept in touch to make sure all is well and dropped us good local recommendations, good location close to the coloseum and the nearby church (Maria di maggiore) is a must visit

  Location was excellent .Ten minute walk to Termini Station. Lift to 3rd floor. Wonderful rooftop which unfortunately we did not discover until quite late on our last evening. Room was comfortable for a short stay.

  Excellent location to being In Rome….train, eating establishments, walking, old world history and charm in a tastefully done renovation. I had fun with all the “ codes” needed to enter both the building and the rooms. Great idea to have a “ living room” for place to bring your food and hopefully meet other travelers. Did not disappoint.

  Room was in a perfect location to get to from Roma Termini and walking distance to all of the major attractions. Great choice of restaurants close by and it was really nice to have espresso provided in the communal kitchen. Marco was excellent communicating with us at all times and the room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!
