The building has this understated elegance that feels refreshingly modern without trying too hard — honestly, it’s a nice break from all the ornate facades you see everywhere else in the city. This four-star property sits in the Villa Borghese Parioli district, which locals will tell you is one of the quieter, more residential areas that still keeps you connected to everything that matters.

Here’s what I love about this location — you’re in one of Rome‘s most coveted neighborhoods without the tourist chaos. Villa Borghese park is literally at your doorstep, which means morning runs or evening strolls through actual greenery instead of dodging Vespas on cobblestones. The area has this sophisticated, lived-in feel where you’ll spot well-dressed Romans walking their dogs rather than groups following umbrella-wielding guides. You know what’s really convenient? There’s parking available right at the hotel, which anyone who’s driven in Rome will tell you is basically a miracle.

Your Room Experience

The rooms at ElevenG strike this perfect balance between contemporary comfort and Italian style. Each room feels thoughtfully designed rather than cookie-cutter corporate — I mean, you can tell someone actually cared about the details here. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathrooms have this clean, modern aesthetic that works. What impressed me most was how quiet everything stays, even though you’re still in a major city — the Parioli location really pays off when you’re trying to get decent sleep.

Getting Around

From here, you’re about a 15-minute walk to the Spanish Steps if you want to dive into the tourist action, but honestly, some of my favorite discoveries happened just wandering the immediate neighborhood. There are these little cafes and wine bars tucked into side streets that feel authentically Roman — places where the barista might actually remember your order after a couple days. The metro connections aren’t bad either, though I found myself walking more than expected because the streets around here are actually pleasant to explore.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.2 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here — it’s the kind of place that gets the fundamentals right without any unnecessary fuss. Couples especially seem drawn to the area (apparently they rate the location 9.6, which tracks), probably because it feels romantic without being overly touristy. You get that authentic Roman neighborhood experience while still having easy access to all the major sights. Plus, there’s something to be said for ending your day somewhere that feels like a retreat rather than just another stop on the tourist trail.

  6 min walk from the Metro Flaminio quiet area; great breakfasts at Goody 10€; 2 min walk to L'Antica Pizzeria for great Calzone pizza! Easy access to metro then to Sistine Chapel, Colosseum, Spanish steps, Trivi and Pantheon. Get a 72hr Metro ticket well worth it for hopping on and off 😉

  We booked this apartment based on the reviews and we were not dissapointed. Location is fantastic, minutes from the metro and a host of restaurants and bars. Cleanliness of the entire apartment can only be classed as exceptional, extremely comfortable bed and really quiet. Very few hotels or apartments allow you to get really comfortable in the evenings, this one did. We loved it.

  Don't look any furher, this is a place to stay in Rome! The place was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay.
  Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.
  The apartment in centrally located just few minutes walk to Metro A line, Flaminio few stops from both Termini and Vatican. Also, about 7-8 minutes walk from piazza del Popolo. The neighborhood is also very quiet and beautiful with a supermarket, coffee shops and few grab and go pizza places. All in all a place to stay in Rome!

  ElevenG is an fabulous apartment very close to Flaminio station and with a useful bus route right outside. The Spanish Steps as well as some great restaurants are very close by. The communication from the hosts via WhatsApp was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed (I loved the bathroom diffuser). An absolute find! Thank you to the hosts.
