  The location of property is in very convenient place, near the centre, very easy to reach all spots by metro. Metro, bus and train stations are close to property. But if you like to walk a lot, it is not difficult to walk out of city center to property🙂Alessio is very helpful and friendly person, provides with all needed information.

  The apartment was very clean, spacious, new and pretty! The host was AMAZING. Very attentive and thorough with information not just about his property but the neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped and the host had a welcome wine – very considerate touch. The parking was a bit challenging just because it was on the weekend but with patience, you find a spot. To find the right (free) parking, the host stayed in contact with me the whole time trying to help me. I really appreciated his attentiveness and kindness!!! The neighborhood is in a fun area – lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. There is an university(?) close so there is a young vibe and it feels so safe to walk around alone. I didn't use it (because I was just there for one night) but there is a metro station and access to the Rome center-center has to be super easy. I personally like to feel like a local when I am visiting a place and this neighborhood definitely gave me that feeling. I would stay there again (with a small suitcase 😆)!!!

  The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the space was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent.

  The appartment is very clean and spatious. It is situated in peaceful neighbourhood, with friendly and good tasting restaurants. There is coffee machine in the app what is very useful. The app has kitchen with fridge, stow and other ustencils. I recommend this place.

  Ho prenotato questa struttura per mia figlia e le sue amiche attirata dalle recensioni super positive. Il sig. Alessio, che ringrazio, si e' dimostrato fin da subito molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. La posizione della struttura e' ottima e servita da tutti i mezzi di trasporto perche' si trova a 100 metri da Metro Bologna, stazione Roma Tiburtina e fermata Flixbus e autobus. La casa e' appena stata ristrutturata e ben pulita. Solo un consiglio per i pernottamenti piu lunghi, la possibilita' di avere a disposizione una lavatrice. Complimenti e grazie per tutto. Michela

  Struttura ristrutturata da poco, si presenta con un ampio e luminoso open space, una cucina attrezzata con tutto ed un bagno moderno.
  Condominio molto silenzioso e tranquillo, zona collegata da metro b, stazione e bus. Ho soggiornato per 11 notti e lo rifarei tranquillamente.

  Appartamento ristrutturato a due passi dalla stazione Tiburtina. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile (ha fatto di tutto per reperire una culla per nostro figlio).
