Superb location in the heart of a gorgeous part of Rome, cobble stone streets filled with restaurants and bars galore, lovely shops and conveniently a little supermarket 1min away to meet all of your needs. We walked to all the main attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to fabulous Roma 💕

it is really amazing and great, I was happy that I booked it, I was not sure between this property and other listings on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the photos on the site don’t do the property justice. The property is excellent; it has a bedroom and a living room, and it also includes a full kitchen. The location is great, and the host, Monica, was very helpful and welcoming. I recommend this property to any family, couple, or group of friends

Close to all the shops. Hotel is on the main street.
Marisa from Australia (8/10)
The apartment is quite pleasant and the well supplied kitchen allows for one to make best use of nearby minimarkets and deli. The washing machine a great bonus. As expected, the location was excellent, being a couple of blocks from the Spanish steps and the Metro station. Also not surprisingly, in a very busy small street filled with passer-by's. The living room windows face the street and the array of restaurants underneath and nearby; so, the noise from diners from lunch until late is substituted by morning delivery trucks… Saving grace, the bedroom, facing the courtyard in the back of the building is much quieter (but for the Saturday disco noise emanating from a nearby venue until around midnight) and the good bed helps. So, there is a balance to be made between 'location, location' and relative noise in the summer season.

The person in charge was very approachable and communicated from weeks before giving options for transfers. The apartment was exceptionally clean and of a good size.
Elisabeth from United Kingdom (10/10)
Beautifully furnished and equipped with best quality fittings and furnishings. Very modern kitchen/living area and stylish traditional bedroom with very modern bathroom. It was a good job that we weren't intending to cook much because there was so much wine, prosecco, water and beer in the fridge that there was little room for food.! (You have to pay for what you take but it was not so expensive). Situated in one of the many old narrow streets near the Spanish Steps with many many restaurants and lovely shops. Close to Metro too. Staff were so helpful and the man who greeted us had to wait ages for us as the traffic was so bad but was very kind. We loved it and will be back!! The street is noisy at night with people enjoying themselves but the windows cut out the noise and air con very efficient.
