  Room are super clean, cozy and warm. Located next to Soho House Rome and near great spots for dinner. Close to Termini Station. Highly recommended.

  Overall, everything was great. The room was clean and cozy. The hosts were always available and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in process was smooth and convenient.

  Super grateful to the host for the opportunity to have an early check-in after. The appartment is located within 17-minute walk from the Termini, so it's easy to reach if you arrive by train or bus. The appartment has got a separate bathroom and kitchen with the main facilities. Just next door there's a great cafe if you opt for breakfast or lunch.

  The room I got was clean spotless. A fully functional small kitchen and a spatious living room. The apartment is also just around 10-15 min from the Termini train station. The self check in and check out are uncomplicated.

  As soon as you entered the room, you could immediately sense the smell of cleanliness and freshness. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Rome’s central station, Termini. The owner was very attentive and kind, always trying to accommodate every possible request. The instructions for entering and reaching the apartment were clear and detailed, making it easy for someone unfamiliar with the area to find their way, no matter the time of arrival.
