Hotel Description

You know what struck me first about this place? The address – Via Cipro, 77 – puts you right in the heart of Trionfale, which honestly feels like you’re staying in actual Rome rather than tourist-trap central. I mean, you’re still crazy close to Vatican City (we’re talking a genuine 10-minute walk), but you’re on a tree-lined residential street where Romans actually live and work.

The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious – and I say surprising because Rome isn’t exactly known for generous square footage. DaliTourism has clearly put thought into the layout here. The kitchen actually functions (you can cook a proper meal if you want to save some euros), and the bathroom has decent water pressure, which… well, anyone who’s stayed in older Roman buildings knows that’s not always a given. The whole place has this lived-in comfort that feels way more authentic than your typical sterile hotel room. There’s good natural light too, which makes morning coffee feel civilized instead of rushed.

But here’s what really sold me on the location – you’re walking distance from Ottaviano-San Pietro metro station, so getting around the city is dead simple. More importantly though, you’re in a neighborhood with actual character. There’s this little alimentari down the street where the owner definitely remembers your face by day three, and the evening passeggiata along Via Cipro has this lovely local rhythm to it. The area gets pleasantly quiet at night (no drunk tourists stumbling around), but it’s never dead or sketchy. Plus, and this is key if you’re planning multiple Vatican visits, you can actually pop back to the apartment mid-day to recharge without it being this whole production. The crowds around St. Peter’s can be absolutely brutal, especially during peak season, so having a proper retreat nearby is honestly invaluable. The 8.8 rating makes total sense to me – it’s that sweet spot where everything works well without being fancy enough to break the bank, and the location gives you the best of both worlds.

  Really nice space. Really lovely staff available to message anytime. Nice and spacious.

  The location was so convenient, very spacious, and comfortable, the entertainment options on TV were great, and what I personally enjoyed the most were the air conditioners, which maintained us comfortably during our stay.

  The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. There are also three TVs with Netflix.
  
  What could be improved: The central heating (including water) had some problems but the hosts tried their best to resolve the issues. They sent a plumber on Christmas Eve.

  The apartment is not well-maintained and has not been checked prior to the guest's arrival. In one of the bathrooms, the sink was not connected with the pipes, and there was a small pot under the sink to collect the water. We had to pour the water into the toilet once the pot was full. The toilet cistern was leaking all the time. The water pressure was poor, and it was a challenge to take a proper shower. The hygiene was poor, especially in the bathrooms.
  The location, however, is very good and there are many nice restaurants around.

  l'appartement est incroyable ! Bien placé (pleins de petites commerce autour mais également le métro à côtés) la locataire est très sympa (elle nous a même réservé le taxi de l'aéroport à l'appartement)

  Duże, komfortowe mieszkanie z dużym tarasem. Daje 10 za bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko do stacji metra, restauracji i sklepów. Gospodarz pomocy. Jak tylko czegoś potrzebowaliśmy, od razu reagował. Dziękuję i polecam serdecznie.

  Byt bol pohodlný, v obývačke boli veľké okná, kde po otvorený ste sa dostali na prekrásnu veľkú terasu.
  Rástol tu aj citronovník, ktorý sme mohli použiť.
  Majiteľ býval neďaleko, v prípade problému vedel dobehnuť do 10 min.
  Bonus je jaccuzi.
  
  What could be improved: Bola iba jedna kapsula do umývačky riadu, trocha chladnejšie v obývačke, asi kvôli veľkým oknám.
