I mean, walk five minutes in any direction and you’ll hit Via del Corso for shopping, or duck into one of those tiny side streets where you’ll find the kind of restaurant that doesn’t even have an English menu. The Trevi Fountain is close enough that you can pop over for those early morning photos without the crowds, then grab coffee on your way back.

The room I stayed in had this perfect mix of modern comfort and Roman character — high ceilings, good natural light, and a kitchenette that’s actually functional (not just for show). You’ll appreciate having that little bit of extra space, especially if you’re here for more than a couple nights. The furnishings are thoughtful without being fussy, and there’s enough storage that you can actually unpack your suitcase properly.

Daily Life and Practical Touches

One thing I really noticed — and couples seem to love this too, based on the feedback — is how the place encourages you to slow down a bit. Maybe it’s grabbing fresh pastries from the bakery around the corner and having coffee in your own space, or planning your day without rushing to a hotel breakfast schedule. The staff knows the neighborhood inside and out, so when they recommend that little wine bar three blocks over or tell you the best time to visit Villa Borghese, you should definitely listen. Parking isn’t really an option here (this is central Rome, after all), but honestly, you won’t need a car anyway.

  The staff, especially Katerina was most helpful. She was very informative and made sure our stay was wonderful. The location was excellent 2 blocks from the Spanish steps in the heart of small shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, and spacious with high ceilings and nice hardwood floors.   Very nice apartment with great architecture in one of my favorite streets in one of this fantastic Palazzos in the very heart of Rome. Warm welcome from the team that was present when we arrived. I was traveling with my two teenage kids. We had two apartments (1 and 2) with connecting door. Every one had a bathroom by its own. So no stress regarding that. Fully functional kitchens. Although we did not used it since the Restaurants are just to good to eat in 😉 On the top we very much appreciated the daily room cleaning.
