  Perfect location in the city center. Large apartment, clean and super comfortable. Fabio was a very helpful host. Comfortable beds, all utilities worked very well. Loved every minute of our stay, family of 4. Just keep in mind that Rome city center is not a quiet area but it is worth it!

  Perfect location. Literally the best location in all of Rome. Short walk to all the sights, great shopping and huge selection of restaurants. We spent 5 nights and didn’t have to take a taxi or public transport even once. Quick and responsive communication from owner Fabio, who also shared restaurant recommendations in the area and they were all fantastic. Very well equipped property including washing machine.

  Location! Location! Location! 15-20 minute walking distance to so many of the great sites: Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and convenient. The owners are also very nice and responsive to our needs.
