Big comfortable apartment with separate bedroom, two full bathrooms. Very comfortable sleeper sofas (2) – high quality. TWO (2) Air conditioners— some nice- cool finally. High quality furniture and beautiful high ceilings. Locked gate entrance and washer dryer. Wonderful apartment!!

Host very responsive before check in and able to clear up any last minute confusion on arrival. Perfect English. To be honest this is one of most important aspects of a booking that one can be reassured even though arriving late with noone to physically meet but lots of instructions and images. Room, pleasant, clean and quiet. Stone's throw from Collesium.

Everything in our experience is really amazing, David is an expert in hosting, lovely and kindly. The department is super near to the Colosseum, also good restaurants, supermarkets and so on.. David also has recommended us private transfer, tourist points…..

Perfect location! Walk ever where in Rome easily, so many food and shops walking distance – excellent home-super clean and up to date, excellent communication with host, snacks and water and coffee provided in home- just beautiful! 5 of us slept comfortably and clean new bathrooms! Gorgeous! Stay here a must!!!
