  The property has been tastefully renovated and decorated, bedding was very comfortable, and is in a desirable location that is central to many attractions, safe and well connected with public transport links. The host, Adrian, goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is Rome is a memorable one.

  I had a fantastic stay at this property! It’s ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the Colosseum, with the iconic landmark even visible from the window—such a great view. Getting around was a breeze, with easy Uber access and a tram stop right outside. A supermarket located in the same building was an added bonus. The property was clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like complimentary chocolate and drinks. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, a perfect spot for exploring Rome!

  Amazing location. You can see the Colosseum from the window. Safe street and easy to find. Great for when you need a quick break in between all the walking. It has everything you need and more. They even provided us with ponchos when it started raining.

  We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at the Colosseo house. The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The location was amazing being walking distance from the colosseum and many bars, cafes and restaurants. The owner was incredibly helpful and really did all he could for us during our stay.

  We really enjoyed our stay here! They were so accommodating. Everything was perfect and we loved that you could poke your head out the window and see the colosseum. Bed was a little bit firm for our liking, but still had a good night's sleep. We also really appreciated the amount of towels they provided, rarely do you get two big towels, two small towels and two face towels … A small detail which may seems silly but actually makes a difference! Would 100% recommend and stay here again.

  We stayed in room 4 – it was cosy and spacious. The bed was firm and the bedsheets were velvety soft! We slept so well. The decoration and interior design was tasteful and aesthetically pleasing. There is a common kitchen that we can use and leave our luggage in (after check out). Was an amazing stay!
  
  Note – it’s near the road so you do occasionally hear cars wheezing by and noises at night but we weren’t too affected by them and slept very well nonetheless
