  Amazing location right by the Colosseum. Great, convenient property. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive and welcoming.

  Location, location, location. This is it! A view of the Colosseum is just outside the door, the Metro is a few steps away, and many sites and desirable spots for food and drink are within an easy walk. For all the activity in the area, the nights were remarkably quiet. The courtyard was great for a rest after a day of walking and we loved being able to bring in enough local foods to prepare a meal instead of always going out to eat. So glad to have found this spot when it was available.

  We absolutely loved our stay here. My favourite thing was the location and having a seating area outside so I could enjoy coffee and see the colosseum without the crowds. I couldn’t have asked for any more.

  The location is ideal – can see the colosseum from the front door. Close to metro, cafes and a shop. It's down a dead end alley which is a green oasis in a busy area with some outdoor seating from which you can see the iconic site. Inside is comfortable and big enough with a well resourced kitchen and coffee pods were kindly supplied along with a bottle of wine. Shower good. We were a family of 4 and this was a good base from which to explore. Francesca was great to deal with and it was very easy.
