  The property was great and in a excellent location. The owner was so accommodating and so very conscientious from the beginning of our stay until the end where he helped us greatly attain a hard to get ride in a land where we did not speak the language.   The location, rooms, service and cleanliness were of top standard. We liked common kitchen area with anytime access to great coffee, tea and snacks. Rooms and bathrooms are very modern, equipped with all essentials including safety deposit, small fridge and TV. Exceptional housekeeping- rooms cleaned and linens changed daily. Located in a very nice and quiet suburb with nice shopping and eating out facilities, yet so central to all touristic locations.

  The room was in a historic building that was beautiful! Our room had a little Juliette balcony and view of Rome! We loved the location near shops and cafes and a very local Italian scene vs all tourists. The room had water, both sparkling and still in glass bottles in the fridge and could be refilled with mineral water! So nice not to see plastic bottles! The best amenity I have seen in hotels and hope more use it! Great coffee in the morning! I loved this place and we stayed an extra night!

  This place is absolutely amazing, we loved our stay here and if we come back we’ll definitely choose Colonna Inn again – in the meantime we will recommend it to everyone visiting Rome. The hosts Roberto and Lucy are so nice, helpful and dedicated to what they do, and Ana was also a delight- so helpful, the room was spotlessly clean everyday. This place really is thought to make your stay as comfortable as possible, they provide water, coffee, tea and snacks in the kitchen area which is amazing. We loved our stay!

  Everything! Metro and buses on doorstep so you could reach main attractions easily. Staff were there to help at every step. The room was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in amazing.
  Coffee, cakes on arrival was a great idea.
