  The host Evaristo is very helpful and accommodating. The BB is very close, 2 mins walk from Metro(15min to city centre Termini) and near to Carrefour and McD in case you need the food. The facilities are well maintained and I was surprised as it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is semi buffet, Italian way but it is very delicious and sufficient. I would 100 percent recommend this place for your stay in Rome and I would like to return soon too.

  I really enjoyed staying here for the 5 days and nights I was exploring Rome. The amenities are great. The private bathroom was a blessing, especially since I also stayed in B&Bs with only shared bathrooms during my Italy trip. The B&B is very close to the nearest station (Colbi Albani). The breakfast was also great – Evaristo's ham and cheese sandwiches were a highlight of my stay in Rome.

  Communication with the proprietors Evaristo and Alicia was great throughout my stay. The location was very good, just by a metro station, and a short walk from the scenic Via Appia Antica park. Room was tidy and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Overall heartily recommended!

  Really enjoyed our stay at the Colfelice Rooms. The room had everything you could need, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was really good as was breakfast. The Location was perfect, around the corner from the Metro. Evaristo was an excellent host

  Large, comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of toiletries at your disposal, conveniente location, delicious breakfast, complementary wine, quiet neighborhood for sleeping … But the best thing about it was the hospitality! Evaristo and Alice were very helpful, friendly, accommodating and assisted us with everything we needed. I had been in Rome before and had a good experience in a hotel, but it was nothing like this. I’m definitely coming back!

  I’d recommend taking taxi / uber. As the trip via train was a little rough lugging luggage’s. Much smoother departing taking a local taxi. But overall great place, friendly owner.

  The room was really comfy and with everything you need for a stay! Even small, it had enough space for suitcases and other stuff. The host is extremely nice and responsive. The property's location is within walking distance to Park Appia Atica and within 2 minutes walk from Metro station (Line A).
