  Apartment is in the Monti area, lots of cafes restaurants and shops. Keyed access to apartment complex courtyard from street and then up to apartment made it feel very safe and secure. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds comfortable. We really enjoyed being here. Colosseum 10 minute walk, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps 20 minutes, Cavour train station close by for those who want to use it but we walked everywhere 😃

  This property was exactly as shown in the booking.com photos. It suited us and our 2 children perfectly. We did not meet our host but Maria Gabriella kept in touch and was readily available during our stay. The property was clean with fully working air conditioning. The location was great for being able to walk almost anywhere with the colosseum being visible after a 5 minute walk.
  We felt safe here. the surrounding area provided plenty of choice for dining in or takeaway with plenty of other shops for anything you might need. We used uber twice , to get to porta portese market and the Vatican City as we wanted to be early but we walked back. We had some concerns on arrival (Fri) as there was a lot of noise outside in the evening which was live music coming from the square at the bottom of our street. This was also the same on the Saturday. However they do seem to have a cut off time , the music was to our taste so wasn’t a big issue. It was much quieter from Sun to Thurs. earplugs may be advisable if there over the weekend. We slept well in a comfortable bed and the kids(teens) shared the sofa bed and slept well. The big door shown in booking.com opens into a lovely little courtyard leading to the prop. We really felt at home here and it was great being in the Monti area. We would definitely book again if returning to Rome as we feel we found a little gem with this property.

  Great location, it's very close to all the landmarks and historic buildings. The building itself is also unique. Maria is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond when issues arise, very friendly and kind.
  The close-by bars and restaurants are excellent for people who enjoy staying out late.

  We loved everything about this property! Excellent spacious apartment with fantastic ice cold ac (there are 2, one upstairs and one down which is great) and tons of space, very clean, and well appointed with ANYTHING you could need. The owner was very friendly and helpful in every way. Maria was print in all communications and questions we had. The location is spot on, a charming side street near the coliseum dotted by cafes and shops. We also felt very safe as you must unlock and enter an outer courtyard wall to get to the unit.

  This is one cute little city centre apartment. Its a fantastic place, the owner has gone to great lengths to ensure the comfort of guests.
  It's a private old worlde apartment building, which seems steeped in history as are the little streets round it.
  We were met on arrival.by the lovely Francesco who went through the map of Rome in detail with us and gave us some interesting facts about the area.
  Theres a lovely kitchenette which is equipped with everything you might need to cook if inclined. Tea and coffee complimentary. The sitting / living area also doubles as a second room with a pull out double sofa bed. There's an iron, lint clothes remover, a little first aid kit.
  Upstairs on the balcony is a beautiful double room with a corridor to the toilet / shower room which was spotlessly clean.
  The owner kept in touch to enquire if we had any requirements, we didn't but it was very reassuring.
  I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Rome.
  5 mins to coloseum, 20 mins to Vatican City but really it'll take you much longer as you'll want to stop explore and admire everything the city has to offer.
