Hotel Description

Welcome to CasaLeone, a charming three-star boutique hotel nestled in the elegant Parioli district of Rome. Located at Via Civitavecchia 3, on the second floor of a classic Roman building, this hidden gem offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and authentic Italian hospitality. With an exceptional guest rating of 9.3, CasaLeone stands out as one of the most highly-acclaimed accommodations in its category, consistently delighting visitors with its attentive service and intimate atmosphere.

Situated in the prestigious 00198 postal code area of Rome, CasaLeone provides an ideal base for exploring the Eternal City. The Parioli neighborhood is known for its upscale residential character, tree-lined streets, and proximity to the magnificent Villa Borghese gardens—Rome’s most celebrated park, housing the renowned Galleria Borghese with its masterpieces by Bernini and Caravaggio. Just a short stroll from the hotel, guests can enjoy morning jogs through verdant pathways, rent rowboats on the park’s lake, or simply savor an espresso at one of the charming garden cafés. The nearby MACRO (Museum of Contemporary Art of Rome) and National Gallery of Modern Art offer cultural experiences within walking distance, while the historic center of Rome with its iconic attractions—the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza del Popolo—can be easily reached via a pleasant 20-minute walk or a brief ride on public transportation.

What truly sets CasaLeone apart, as reflected in its outstanding 9.3 rating, is its commitment to personalized experiences in an intimate setting. Unlike large chain hotels, this second-floor haven offers the authentic feeling of residing in a sophisticated Roman apartment, complete with carefully curated furnishings that blend contemporary comfort with traditional Italian design elements. Each room serves as a peaceful retreat after days spent exploring Rome’s cobblestone streets and magnificent monuments. The attentive yet unobtrusive staff pride themselves on their local knowledge, offering insider tips on hidden restaurants, lesser-known historical sites, and authentic experiences that typical tourists might miss. Morning breakfasts feature freshly baked pastries from local bakeries, aromatic Italian coffee, and seasonal fruits—the perfect fuel before venturing out to discover Rome’s countless treasures. While maintaining the charm and personal touch of a boutique establishment, CasaLeone doesn’t compromise on modern necessities, offering complimentary high-speed WiFi, climate control, and thoughtful amenities that cater to today’s discerning travelers. Whether you’re planning your first visit to Rome or returning to further explore its endless layers of history and culture, CasaLeone provides an exceptional home base where you can experience the city not merely as a visitor, but almost as a local—a distinction that has earned it such glowing reviews from previous guests who consistently praise its perfect balance of location, comfort, and authentic Roman character.
