  Die Größe der Wohnung war sehr gut. Außerdem hatte man fast alles, was man zum Bestreiten des Alltags brauchte. Den Verkehr konnte man bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum wahrnehmen, obwohl die Straße sehr stark befahren ist.
  Das Personal war außerdem immer ansprechbar und auch bereit, Dinge zu regeln.
