  The Apartment has a Great Location, clone to the fountain.
  Rooms Were spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. A very nice thing from the Winter was an invitation to Dinner, prepared by the staff and served on the roof of the building. Breakfast was also served here every morning. Fresh bread and Sweet Croissants from local Café were always served for breakfast.
  We really enyojed our staying in Casa Modelli.

  Casa Modelli is really a fabulous B&B in the center of Rome. Definitely 10 of 10. Excellent location, very close to Trevi and yet, in a small and quite alley without all the crowd.
  
  It is my fifth visit to Rome, usually staying in the area of Barberini, Trevi and Via del Tritone, so familiar with the area. The location of Casa Modelli is definitely the best location.
  
  The service is wonderful. Karla is a real treasure, so kind, so helpful, welcoming, always there when you need something, always with a big smile and good will. The communication was easy and Karla also assisted us with transfer from and to the airport.
  
  The apartment was very pleasant, spacious, equipped and very nice. The two bathrooms were great and convenient for us, spacious Master double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for our daughter. The apartment was very clean and maintained, great hot water, heating also worked well. Also 10 of 10. Our apartment was on the second floor with an elevator, the building with entrance code, felt secured.
  
  Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, which was very pleasant. Good breakfast, served by Karla. Eggs, cheese, bread, jams, fruits, fresh juice, coffee, croissants, cereals, yogurts. All the ingredients are fresh and tasty.
  
  The combination of excellent central and yet quite location, wonderful caring service by Karla, very pleasant & very nice equipped spacious apartment with very good breakfast makes Casa Modelli to such a great place ! Feels like home at Rome.
  
  No doubts for us, next time in Rome we will stay again in Casa Modelli.

  The location and the orientation of the apartment is fabulous. My family loved it so much and my two teenage daughters enjoyed having their own room and having breakfast at the roof terrace. It was a special experience.
  We were even hosted to a pasta dinner by Mariel and it was fabulous and a surprise treat (it wasn’t in the booking) . loved the SMEG appliances too.
  I would highly recommend this place for your Rome visit.
