  It is very close to metro station. There are good restaurants nearby.
  
  The room size is good. The cleaning is okay. If I go to Rome, I will choose it again. The owner is kind. We just saw him when we check out.

  Everything, this was a modern bright room with great coffee machine. Great location, 10-15min walk from the train station. Approx 15-20min from the Colosseum.
  There's a lovely Chinese restaurant 5min away, a great local pizza ship ( eat in or take away) again 5 min away and the best ice cream shop in all of Rome 5min away( which is open super late)
  The beds are so cozy and we both slept like logs the while time we stayed ( 18th -22nd Dec 2024) shower has a great water pressure. Rooms are nice and spacey.
  Easy check in, and they looked after our cases on our last day as we travelled back on a late flight. Very helpful and any question was answered with a message straight back ( via WhatsApp) can't wait to go back.

  Great location, close to metro, bus, and tram stations. The bed was large and comfortable, and the refillable station with tea, coffee pods, slippers, etc., was a convenient touch. Cleanliness was okay. We were welcomed by the host but had complete privacy during our stay.

  Close to city centre – nice scenic stroll, but far away enough to be quiet and calm late at night.
  Brilliant windows to cancel out the front road noise. Air con worked perfectly.
