  The place is very cozy and its location is perfect. Trastevere, one of the liveliest centers of Rome, is 10 minutes on foot. In addition, buses that provide comfortable transportation to all kinds of centers of the city pass frequently right in front of the house.

  The place is very spacious,it has 2 bathrooms which is vital if you're a bigger group visiting and it's in a nice neighborhood, close enough to everything, but quiet and serene at night. There's also a fully equipped kitchen if you need that for some reason.

  Struttura molto pulita e confortevole al 4 piano servita da ascensore . All interno dell’appartamento c’ è tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno . Abbiamo soggiornato a gennaio e possiamo dire che l’appartamento è molto ben riscaldato . Posizione ottima ben servita da mezzi pubblici per arrivare in centro . In circa 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a trastevere , è comunque possibile prendere la linea 75 sotto il b&b e arrivare direttamente al Colosseo , piazza Venezia ecc . Nelle immediate vicinanze c’è anche la stazione Quattroventi . Zona molto ben servita da ristoranti , pizzerie al taglio , supermercati. Gestori molto gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza .   El alojamiento es perfecto, mejor de lo que esperábamos , es más amplio, las habitaciones grandes, las camas grandes y cómodas,la calefacción maravillosa, la casa estaba todo el día calentita, en ningún momento pasas frío, con todo lo necesario, el wifi funciona perfectamente, todo muy limpio y ordenado, con mucho detalle como dejar café, tés y otros detalles, que se agradecen. La ubicación está muy bien, el barrio tranquilo, con la Parada de taxi y de autobús justo debajo de casa.
  El trato con el anfitrión, es estupendo, me dio muchísimas facilidades a la hora de necesitar resolver alguna duda, se interesó en todo momento de que estuviésemos bien durante la estancia, además de ser muy agradable y educado. En resumen, no le pongo ninguna pega y lo recomiendo 100%. Si en algún momento vuelvo a Roma no dudaré en volver a alojarme allí.

  Достаточно просторные апартаменты (две спальни, два сан узла и кухня). В кухне есть вся посуда, мебель старая. В спальнях все отлично. Спокойный тихий район, рядом магазины и кафе, автобусы едут до центра Рима.

  Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Zawsze odpisywał na wiadomości. Apartament czysty i przestronny. Dużo miejsca. W kuchni pełne wyposażenie. Obok apartamentu jest market, bardzo dobry kebab i blisko przystanek autobusowy. Kawałek dalej jest stacja kolejowa z której przesiadaliśmy się do metra. W kiosku można zakupić bilet za 1.5 euro na kolej i metro na 100 minut. Do Watykanu pieszo ok 3 km, do Koloseum ok 3,5 km, do Fontanny do Trevi też ok 3,5 km. My większość pokonywaliśmy pieszo by przejść się uliczkami Rzymu.
