Hotel Description

Nestled in the elegant Villa Borghese Parioli district, the 3-star Casa Flaminia stands as a testament to Roman hospitality at its finest. Located at 215 Via Flaminia, this exceptional accommodation has earned an outstanding 9.2 rating from guests, placing it among Rome’s most beloved lodging options. The hotel’s prime position offers visitors a perfect balance between proximity to Rome’s iconic center and the tranquil ambiance of one of the city’s most sophisticated neighborhoods.

Casa Flaminia enjoys an enviable location just moments from Villa Borghese, Rome’s third-largest public park and a verdant paradise housing the renowned Galleria Borghese with its impressive collection of Bernini sculptures and Caravaggio paintings. The hotel’s address on Via Flaminia places guests along one of Rome’s historic roads, originally built by ancient Romans to connect the city to the Adriatic coast. Today, this strategic position allows travelers easy access to both the picturesque Villa Borghese gardens and the historic city center. The elegant Parioli district surrounding the hotel is known for its upscale atmosphere, tree-lined avenues, and sophisticated dining establishments, offering guests an authentic taste of upscale Roman life away from the tourist crowds.

What truly sets Casa Flaminia apart, however, is its exceptional guest experience, reflected in its remarkable 9.2 rating. This near-perfect score speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to service excellence, comfort, and attention to detail. While maintaining the charm and personal touch of a boutique 3-star establishment, Casa Flaminia delivers an experience that rivals many higher-category hotels in the Eternal City. The property likely combines traditional Roman elegance with contemporary comforts, creating a welcoming atmosphere for travelers seeking an authentic yet comfortable Roman stay. From its doorstep, guests can easily explore the artistic treasures of Galleria Borghese, stroll through the expansive park grounds, or venture slightly further to reach iconic attractions like the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. For those looking to experience Rome like a local, the surrounding Parioli neighborhood offers chic cafés, restaurants, and boutiques frequented by Romans rather than tourists, providing a genuine slice of modern Roman life. Whether visiting Rome for its ancient wonders, Renaissance masterpieces, culinary delights, or simply to absorb the unique atmosphere of the Eternal City, Casa Flaminia serves as an ideal base that combines accessibility, comfort, and authentic Roman charm in one of the city’s most distinguished districts.

Good size apartment, nice hot shower, sparsely decorated but had everything needed. Location was handy for the work event I was attending and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Lovely place to stay for a few days. Pleasant and welcoming hosts. Perfect cleanliness and comfort. The room is quiet, has a comfortable bed and everything you need, including kettle, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries. I arrived late in the evening, the owners personally met me and provided with everything. In the room I found carefully left for me mineral and still water, which is very pleased. All problems were solved very quickly. In particular, I had a broken kettle (it works when I arrived), which was very quickly replaced with a new one. The location is safe and quite convenient. The metro is 2 tram stops away, although I walked (just 10 minutes). There are several stores nearby where you can buy everything you need. I am going to come to Rome again in a few months and I know I will stay here again. Highly recommended.

  • Wayne from South Africa (8/10)

Had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with how clean the apartment was.
Security was brilliant and facilities were top-class.

  • Fady from Canada (10/10)

Everything was amazing about this place. Staring from the organized communication with the host (Mr. Paolo) before departure until the time we left the apartment. Mr. Paolo was following our flight and made arrangements for the apartment to be ready for us when we arrived few hours before the typical check in times given that we were travelling with kids from Canada. He met us upon our arrival showed us how to enter building/apartment and showed all the apartment facilities. The apartment was super clean and smells fresh. They provided us laundry and dishwasher pods, clean towels and the other stuff you get with a hotel room (soap, shampoo, iron, hair drier, etc). Mr. Paolo was accessible via WhatsApp whenever we had a question during our stay. Checkout was very smooth and took few minutes. Overall excellent place, quiet, close to bus/tram stops and the host was amazingly friendly and professional.
