  The hotel was clean. Apart from that, the host was very welcoming and was always available through WhatsApp and in person in the afternoon. Additionally the hotel is in a touristic area, with multiple restaurants nearby, bus stops and access to the train station is easy.

  Perfect location. Just 10 mins walk from colosseum and 5 mins from manzoni metro station. In just 2 3 mins there are a few great restaurants.

  Franco who met us at reception was lovely and couldn't be more helpful. He stayed in touch with regular WhatsApp messages to check everything was ok and if he could be of any assistance, which we really appreciated as he gave us a great restaurant recommendation!
  The bed and pillows were super comfy and the room was the perfect size for the two of us, with a large walk in shower too! Only 10min walk from the Colosseum, the location was perfect to be just out of the way of the super busy area!

  We really liked the hotel, great location, near the metro, friendly host, who is always in touch if you have any questions. The room had a comfortable large bed, a modern bathroom, and the room was warm. There is a shared large modern kitchen with beautiful views of the basilica and the square. It is located in a beautiful old building, very atmospheric.

  Franco has been so welcoming and accommodating! The house is well organised, with a spacious shared kitchen (beautiful view from the terrace!), snacks and soft drinks available as well as some light breakfast products. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Very clean.
