  I had a wonderful experience at the accommodation in Rome! The location was perfect, in a quiet area. The room was very clean and spacious, and the decor was lovely. The host was extremely friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and lesser-known places to visit. We felt right at home and will definitely come back! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic vacation. PS: Mrs. Tina, who takes care of the cleaning, was the kindest person in Rome!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  I really like that the host thought of all the little things – welcome book, maps. In bathroom, the retractable mirror, shower caps, heated towel bar. There was a blower dryer, iron & board. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Espresso maker. The whole place was very clean. The decor is fun and modern. It's in a good area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

  Really good standard, very clean flat with nice design, room with the private bathroom and the desk is perfect if You need to work. Good communication with the host. Brekfast is the buffe with the snacks and the coffe. Good for this price.

  Everything was so perfect and clean. Next time i'm in Rome, i'll definitely book this guesthouse again. The host, Francesco, was so nice and helpful, we had a problem with wifi, and he was so quick to fix it and help us. It's not really in the center of Rome, but it's connected with public transport, so it was easy to get by. I will definitely recommend this to anyone going to Rome.

  Super friendly staffs, felt more like a family. We didn't face any trouble during the stay. The room was large and comfy. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was equipped with everything a traveller needs. I will take the rooms again on my next visit to Rome. Really loved the stay.

  Me and my mum had a lovely couple of days staying here. Francesco was very helpful assisting us with the very late self check-in (we arrived in the middle of the night and got in without any issues). It is a bit far from the center however in 3 min walk you have a direct bus that goes to Piazza Venezia and we never waited more than 5 min for a bus. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable and there was a lovely kitchen for a light breakfast and an espresso in the morning. We met Tina from housekeeping on the first day, had a lovely chat and she helped us with the bus tickets. Would definitely come back again.
