  Very nice apartment, good location, you have everything you need. We arrived to Rome at 8 am and it was possible to do an early check-in. Grazie mille!

  We spent a wonderful week in Rome with our family – the two of us and our three children. We enjoyed not only the beauty of the city and the many tourist attractions but also the comfort of the apartment where we stayed.
  
  Casa Amabile has an excellent location. The bus stop is right in front of the building, and the Ponte Lungo metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby, there is a well-stocked minimarket, many pizzerias, and a restaurant just 3 minutes away, popular with locals, where we had delicious pizza.
  
  The apartment is spacious, charming, and modern, recently renovated and equipped with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. We also had an ironing board, iron, and a hairdryer at our disposal.
  
  A big plus was the generous number of high-quality towels provided, which saved us from packing our own.
  
  The hosts were very kind and discreet, welcoming us upon arrival and always available with helpful advice throughout our stay.
  
  If we return to Rome, Casa Amabile will definitely be our first choice for accommodation!

  One of the best property we have stayed at. It has literally everything you need ( a set of 3 sizes towels for each person , we were 6 pax btw; shampoo and shower gel in both baths; the washing machine which works great; air conditioner and smart tv in every room including the living room; extensible table in the kitchen; etc). The apartment looks brand new to be honest .. The location of the apartment is perfect in a very quite area with 10 min walking distance metro to all touristic spots in Rome ( we bought a 48 h unlimited trips ticket and it was very convenient to always use the metro and buses).
  There is a great local pizzeria across the street, the drug store and some groceries stores nearby… we highly recommend this property for either short or long stay in Rome and from now on is our favourite apartment in Rome to stay at.
  Last but not least the host, a very kind Italian man who welcomed us on our arrival, made a tour in the apartment and was very responsive wherever we texted him to ask for recommendations. Also, we had some problems with the air conditioners ( we could not turn them on) and the host came back in 10 minutes to fix the problem ( the remote was dead).
  Thank you, it was a pleasure to stay at this property!

  Very spacious, cozy and clean appartements. Great location – store on another side of the road. Bus to Colosseum just few meters from this place. Metro and train station in 10-15 minutes walking.
  We were also allowed to make early check-in and leave our bags. Owner was very nice and helpful.

  We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was incredibly comfortable, with beds that provided great rest and soft clean duvets. The entire place was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive. The location is excellent, just 5 min walk to the metro station and surrounded by charming local shops, making it easy to explore the area.
  
  Communication with the owner was outstanding—very responsive and accommodating. We were delighted to find a thoughtful welcome gift and chilled water waiting for us in the fridge, which added a special touch to our arrival. We also requested a baby cot, and everything we needed was perfectly provided.
  
  Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully managed stay.

  Fantastic Appartement, totaly new, on top location.20 min with Bus nr.87 to all sites,and city center. Owner were lovely, they thought of all small things you need for vacation, coffee,tee,vine…sweets for kids. Absolutely gorgeous!

Fin dal primo momento, l’accoglienza è stata impeccabile: il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, fornendoci consigli preziosi per visitare la città.
  
  L’appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e arredato con grande gusto. Ogni dettaglio è curato alla perfezione, dalla pulizia impeccabile alla qualità dei comfort offerti. Il letto è comodissimo, la cucina è ben attrezzata e il Wi-Fi funziona alla perfezione, il che è stato un grande plus per noi.
  
  La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: situata in un quartiere centrale ma tranquillo, con ristoranti, bar e supermercati a pochi passi. Inoltre, i mezzi pubblici sono facilmente accessibili, rendendo gli spostamenti in città davvero semplici.
  
  Dopo una lunga giornata tra le meraviglie di Roma, tornare in questa casa è stato un vero piacere. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica e confortevole nella capitale. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!
