Our host was perfect! She made us feel right at home at this beautiful B&B. Highly recommend.
Carmen from Australia (9/10)
The property was very well located, walking distance from the vatican. The place was absolutely clean and cleaned daily. The place security was excellent and the host was fantastic, Concertta took the time to showed us around the neighbourhood facilities and took the time to ensure everything was clear. She explained and communicate via google translator to ensure we understood any instructions or answers to questions we had. The place was cossy and perfect for a couple. The breakfast was a simple Italian breakfast.

This was my second time staying here, and it's just fantastic. The host is so welcoming and makes your stay very enjoyable. The location is great, being only a short bus to the vatacin. I can not recommend this place enough.
Lea from Croatia (9/10)
The cleanest apartment ever.
Rotkopf_ from Croatia (10/10)
Nicest host we ever had – didn't speak any English, but was readily equipped with Google Translate for entire conversations. Offered to point us where to explore. Never been in a cleaner room, it was tidied every day refreshments were steadily provided. Breakfast was ok, you get coupons you can trade in at a nearby cafe for croissants and coffee. Location is a bit far from the sights, but well connected – overall a very quiet area. We were leaving before 4am and the host was up and ensured we had fresh water and a bite to eat before our trip back (even though we ensured her as much was not necessary). We felt really taken care of and enjoyed our stay thoroughly, would recommend the accommodation to everyone.

I had a lovely stay at the bed and breakfast and catina was an awesome host. She was very helpful in explaining the area and how to get around the city. If i had any questions she answered them and even taught me some italian.

Conchita has been a really good host. I arrived past 8pm and though I have difficulty reaching her at first as I still don't have internet connection, luckily the ice cream shop besides the gate called her and she meet me at the gate. It is the community with the blue gate, besides the yummy ice cream and the church. After she showed me my room, she asked me if I wanted a tour that night or the next day, I opt to have the tour that night. She showed me around, where is the breakfast area, the bus station, etc. She also informed me that the water in the fridge as well as the biscuits, breads and fruits are free to take which is very helpful as it is very hot during the day and this saves me 1.50 euro everyday. The room was cleaned daily and the place is quite, just two of us in the apartment. It is 20 min.walking to the Vatican but you can opt to take the bus and buy the bus ticket at the breakfast place, though it is manageable to walk but you'll be walking all day, so taking the bus saves your energy. There is one Italian restaurant that frequented by locals, which Conchita showed, offers delicious Cacio e Pepe, so yummy! Over all, this is a very safe place and good breakfast ( coffee and croissant) as well.
Albina from Switzerland (10/10)
Amazing host, no words can describe her
Serkan from Turkey (10/10)
Excellent house owner, she was so kind and very interested. The place was quite silent, the breakfast was in a coffee which is very famous and popular in that area. She offered me coffee, orange juice and water as complimentary. Thank you for this great accommodation experience. She put everything you would need even these stuffs are not given when I stayed 4 stars hotel 1 day before.
