  The apartment is located in a quiet street about 500 meters from the terminus of the metro line B (Laurentina). Travel time to the center of Rome is about 25 minutes. In the vicinity of the apartment you will find a department store, a bakery, a pharmacist and some good restaurants (for example Stile Osteria). The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a large living room with terrace, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. There is air conditioning in the living room. The Wifi functioned well. The owner is very friendly. On our arrival he offered us a box of chocolates. He had also provided a sufficient supply of capsules for the coffee machine at no extra charge. On our departure, he took us to the airport on payment of a proper fee which we offered to him ourselves.

  Location very good, not in the downtown, but nearby the Laurentina metro station, about 5-10 minutes by walk. Owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartman is nice, clean, everything was there what we needed. I can recommend to eceryone.

  The Apartment was fantastic, it suited our groups need for the rugby tournament we were attending.
  
  Apartment was clean, big and spacious. And had everything needed to stay comfortably. Not far from local metro and bus stops.
  
  Host was incredibly communicative and got everything we needed for our stay.
  
  Definitely recommend and if I come back to Rome I'll definitely would stay here again

  Great accomodation, lovely place. The interior of the apartment is quite well designed. My family and I really liked it. The host was very nice and helpful. Also the location is easy to reach the city center. Would recommend it.
