Hotel Description

Nestled in the heart of Rome’s historic center, the 3-star B&B In Piazza offers an intimate and authentic Italian experience for travelers seeking to immerse themselves in the Eternal City. Located at Vicolo Del Gallo 7 in the prestigious Navona district, this exceptional bed and breakfast has earned an outstanding guest rating of 9.2, placing it among Rome’s most beloved accommodations. The property’s prime location provides guests with immediate access to Piazza Navona, one of Rome’s most famous squares, known for its stunning Baroque architecture, magnificent fountains, and vibrant atmosphere. This charming B&B seamlessly blends traditional Roman hospitality with modern comforts, creating an ideal base for exploring the countless treasures that surround it.

From B&B In Piazza, guests find themselves within a short stroll of Rome’s most celebrated attractions. The Vatican City, with its awe-inspiring St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel, lies just across the Tiber River, while the ancient Pantheon, with its remarkable dome and oculus, is mere minutes away on foot. The quaint streets surrounding the property are lined with authentic trattorias, artisanal gelaterias, and boutique shops that capture the essence of Roman life. The remarkably high 9.2 rating reflects guests’ appreciation for the B&B’s perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and local character. Previous visitors consistently praise the attentive service, the tasteful décor that honors the building’s historic character, and the unbeatable location that allows for spontaneous evening strolls to witness Rome’s monuments bathed in golden light. Whether savoring a morning espresso at a nearby café or returning for a peaceful respite after a day of exploration, guests at B&B In Piazza experience Rome as locals do, away from the tourist crowds yet connected to the city’s pulsing heart.

The Navona district itself deserves special mention as one of Rome’s most desirable neighborhoods. Dating back to ancient times when the area housed Domitian’s stadium, today’s Piazza Navona maintains the original stadium’s long, oval shape while showcasing Bernini’s magnificent Fountain of the Four Rivers. Staying at B&B In Piazza means having this iconic square practically at your doorstep, allowing guests to experience its beauty at different times of day—from the quiet early mornings when locals walk their dogs to the evening hours when street artists and musicians create a festive atmosphere. The narrow Vicolo Del Gallo address places guests in one of Rome’s characteristic alleyways, where the building’s historic façade contributes to the authentic Roman ambiance. With its exceptional rating, perfect location, and the promise of a genuine Roman experience, B&B In Piazza stands as a wonderful choice for travelers seeking quality accommodation in the very center of Italy’s magnificent capital, where ancient history and contemporary life blend seamlessly at every corner.

I loved the location so much, the size was perfect and it had everything we needed. Not to mention the espresso machine's convenience and the cleaning lady's attention to detail!

  • Jane from United States (8/10)

A nice assortment of bread, rolls, fruit and yoghurt was available with do it yourself coffee every morning. Bery few stairs to get to the flat and keys are relatively easy to use.

Excellent location, market, shops and restaurants nextdoor and a walking distance from all the attractions. Anna, the host, was so welcoming and helpful. She really cares about the guests and waited for me when I got lost on the way there. The place gets cleaned every day and the breakfast was plenty. I recommend this place.

The location of this property could not be any better! The atmosphere and fresh food at the market square was a huge bonus. The apartment was spotless with all that was needed. I was blessed to have the place to my self which was a little luxury. Anna was there to greet me and I was grateful that she was my first contact in Rome. Great English and ready to give me some tips. Her communication leading up to my trip was excellent. Especially as a solo mature female traveler I could not have asked for better. Thank you Anna.
