  Rosa and Umberto were super responsive via What's App. The room was clean. Location very central. We had leftovers one night and asked if there was a microwave available. They didn't usually provide one but actually brought one out that they sometimes use just for us!

  Very close to the metro, not too far from the heart of the city. Owner is nice and shares his extensive knowledge of the area. The possibility of keeping the luggage inside on the last day is really helpful. Beds are comfortable.

  Well maintained, clean, in good decorative order with all the plumbing and electrics working. Very good position in the middle of the old town, with transport services very close, and walking distance from most attractions. Host is very friendly, helpful, goes out his way to make you welcome and overcome difficulties.
  Bed is particularly comfortable with a memory foam topped firm mattress- makes for good sleep.
  Towels were really fresh and nice, toilet paper top quality and sufficient, presentation is lovely.

  Great location! Very close to the Colloseum. Very good communication with Rosa and Umberto! Many good suggestions of restaurants in the neighborhood as well as further away. Helpful in explaining how to get to the Vatican using subway. Subway stop very close by!
