  Sabrina could be the most welcoming person I have ever met. If you would like to have a warm, artistic, close to public transport accomodation in Rome you should definitely stay there. We were glad to have such a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

  The stay was amazing, the room is very homely. We only travelled with hand luggage & the room had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner etc which we needed. Breakfast in the morning is fantastic with the choice of sweet/savoury options.
  
  The location is great – Sabrina gave us some recommendations for dinner and we went to Osteria Fratelli Mori (about a 5 min walk) and it was exceptional. There is also a new coffee shop across the street called Cafe Merenda which was amazing. & a delicious gelateria at the end of the street.
  
  We travelled from FCO airport to Ostiense station which was very handy. Also used the underground a lot to get around which was perfect for us.
  
  Overall an amazing stay on our first visit to Rome and would love to come back. Thank you Sabrina 😃

  The room was very cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The whole place had such a charming atmosphere, owner was so nice for is. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

  The owner of the B&B is very helpful. She was very supportive and kind. I could do earlier checkin. The location is very nice and close to the center, bus, restaurant area. The breakfast was amaziiiing. I will definitely go there again.

  Everything was very clean, the decoration was beautiful and with attention to detail, the bed is very comfortable. The host, Sabrina, is very kind, considerate and available. Breakfast was great and delivered to the room at the requested time (between 7:30-9:30) and any preferences can be communicated to the host. The room was very quiet and the windows isolated the outdoor traffic noise perfectly. The AC works well, the bathroom is equipped with clean towels and great shampoos / shower gel. The location is close to the metro and in 20min you can be at Roma Termini or is 10-15min at the Colosseum. Everything was perfect!!
