  Great accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Chiara is very helpful and super nice. The accommodation is close to metro station which facilitates reaching all the touristic points. Easy communication with the owner. It’s possible to find supermarkets, restaurants and drugstore nearby.

  Chiara was very attentive – she made sure we were settled-in properly and on a daily basis contacted us to check if everything was OK and checked when it was convenient to clean the room.

  The location is excellent. While it's not in the most touristy area, it's just a 12-minute walk to the Vatican Museums and only 6 minutes to the metro station, making it easy to access all the major attractions. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome and assistance with everything I needed. The hotel provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

  Everything was great – a friendly and helpful host, spacious room, generous breakfast with variety of options (cheese, ham, yogurt, fruit, toasts, snacks, cake, tea/coffee), dining table allocated to each room + a kettle and a coffee machine in a room. Bathroom was private, hairdryer provided. Great location, 2 min walk from the underground station. Thank you for having us, the place only improved our experience in Rome.

  A great B&B close to the Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood . About 3 minutes walk to the Cipro metro A station. Good choice for breakfast. A kettle in the rooms. Very good communication with the host, flexible check-in times.
