  Luca is a wonderful host. Excellent, timely, and clear communication. The location is perfect for walking to all of the main attractions. The building is charming and the room was clean and very comfortable with a large window that faces a beautiful courtyard, so lots of light during the day and room darkening shades for a great night's sleep. Cappuccino and croissant in the morning was a great way to start the day!

  location was really good. Flat & toilet is not so clean and room a bit cold. But overall it satisfy me. I used just for a sleep and bed is very comfortable.

  Fantastic place and atmosphere clear instructions from Luca, on how to get in – we did not have any problems, even though we have arrived really late. Fantastic location, every important place is walking distance from the B&B

  Perfect location, close to Vaticano and about 20 minutes to the center.Great to have a balcony (even if small) and a shared kitchen with a fridge to store our snacks and breakfast.

  The location was great, most attractions were within a 20-30 min walk. Lots of nice restaurants nearby along with a supermarket. The host Luca was a lovely person and provided fresh croissants for breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. It was great to have a small balcony and to hear the vibrant city noise. The room was sound proof and we had a good nights sleep. We have 3 single beds which were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Luca !

  It was nice to have the pastries in the morning. Luca was very good and clear at communicating on how to get into the room, etc. Thanks for providing the info on the airport shuttle! The location was great, within walking distance to many attractions and with nice restaurants & stores.
