  This was a perfect apartment! Perfect location in the center of the city, has a lot of restaurants and a big grocery store just at the corner. Beautiful, comfortable, clean. A lot of useful facilities. Very good kitchen. Espresso machine. The host provided us with a great advice on things to do in Rome. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended.

  This was one of the best places I ever stayed. Its an art gallery that happens to also have some stunning mini apartments that are rented out. Our room had a bathroom and little kitchen. It felt more like an AirBNB than a hotel which was perfect for us.
  
  By the way, the place is literally walking distance from The Colosseum. You can see it as you walk out the door. But that doesn't mean its an overly touristy area. There are some parts of Rome that are very touristy where all you see is tourists walking around and shops catering to them. This area is a bit beyond the major touristy part and closer to the residential suburbs. So its a perfect location in my opinion.

  Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Colosseum an der Grenze zwischen dem malerischen Rione Monti, in dem man unzählige großartige Bars oder Trattorien findet, und Esquilino, wo noch "normale" Römer ihrem Alltag nachgehen. Dadurch ist man zugleich mittendrin, wenn man möchte, man kann aber dem übermäßigen touristischen Trubel auch problemlos ein wenig aus dem Weg gehen.
  Die Vermieter Ursula und Osama empfangen die Gäste sehr herzlich, sind jederzeit ansprechbar und geben zahlreiche Informationen, um den Aufenthalt in Rom so ideal wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist mit einer hochmodernen Küchenzeile ausgestattet, der es an nichts fehlt, wenn man nicht jeden Tag auswärts essen gehen möchte. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist direkt eine Tür weiter.

  Удивительное место! Нам понравилось абсолютно все. Особенно хотелось бы выделить: расположение дома и квартиры – 3 минуты до Колизея, уютный балкончик, в доме есть лифт, очень стильная, абсолютно Новая квартира со множеством различной посуды, столовых приборов и дизайнерских атрибутов. Все продумано до мелочей. Прекрасные
  хозяева, которые встретили, помогли заселиться и всегда были на связи. С удовольствием приедем ещё и порекомендуем друзьям)

  完美的房子~位置很棒，走到斗兽场特别方便，楼下就有超市和公交站。房间比照片上看起来还要宽敞舒适，能想象到的设施和用品全部都具备，共用的餐厅也非常漂亮~房东也很热情，退房后还让我们在公共区域存放了行李。
