  The owner Livio sent very detailed explanation about how to check in and there were not problems at all! The apartment is perfectly located – 15 min. walk from the Central station and at the same time at walking distance from main touristic sightseen locations in Rome. (only for Vatican will be better to use a Metro if you don't like walking too much). There are many small restaurants, pizzerias and cafeterias around. The room has a sitting area and a separate bedroom with very comfortable bad, as well as a private bathroom. The shared kitchen is fully equipped.

  Everything was great. We could perform self check-in earlier after arrival to Rome and also leave the luggage on the last day. The appartment is very spacious, has everything what is needed. There is a shared kitchen for the 3 appartment, very helpfull if one wants to have breakfast in the appartment before leaving for sightseeing or prepare a snack to have during the day. The appartment is located very centrally, One can reach Collosseum, St. Maria Maggiore and Baths of Dioclecian within a short walk, this also refers to metro stations. The steet is quite quiet, one can sleep very well. In the next house there is a good place to eat Pizza etc., is convenient if one had a long day and does not want to go far. The host is extremely helpful with the tips where to go etc. The price was absolutely fine and comparable to the hotel prices in a similar location but one definitely gets much more comfort.

  So impressed with this property and the service provided by its owner Livio. Very spacious property in a great location. From the initial interaction of the self check in, to being able to leave our luggage on the day of the check out to come back and collect it later in the day, Livio was super helpful. In addition, he went above and beyond. We decided to change our sightseeing plans on the last day, and stay closer to places in Monti vicinity. Livio knew about my strong interest in the Baroque, and then tailored some excellent recommendations via WhatsApp 👌 We stayed in the lead up to New Year, and Livio added in some very nice touches on the drinks front ❤️ If you are planning to visit Rome, I cannot rate this property highly enough!

  The location was excellent, being able to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Being close to Rome Termini station meant only a short walk with our luggage. The apartment was spacious and immaculate. A QR code to access a YouTube video in how to use the washing machine was a thoughtful touch. During our stay the WiFi stopped working and the host's response to my message was immediate and his mother was able come and fix the issue within an hour.

  The apartment was very complete! They had a very well stocked common kitchen including coffee outside the room. Our room had a small living room so it was perfect for us both. Also, the location was absolutely perfect! Super close to the colosseum and around 20 minutes walking from the Trevi fountain and pantheon. We had a supermarket 3 min away as well as the metro 11 min away. It was absolutely perfect!
