  Very clean, cozy and morden apartment with all necessary stuff. Simona is absolutely amazing host who provides all needed information and cares about the guests. The district is very safe and nice. A few restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. 10 minutes walk to the metro station and Vatican. About 20-25 minutes on foot to the city center.

  The apartment was spacious, family friendly, cozy and very clean. Simona's a great host. She went out of her way to accommodate our special request and was very understanding when we couldn't meet the check-in time due to a flight delay. Upon booking, she provided a lot of relevant information for our stay, which helped a lot in getting around and planning our outings each day. She was also quite available, prompt to answer even questions not directly related to our stay, such as information on taxi bookings.
  
  Location is very convenient, situated in a nice area, within 15 min walking distance from Vatican. Decent bus routes and metro is accessible within easy reach. There are decent places to do basic grocery shopping and eating, and Simona provided all these information to us which made things easier.
  
  I'm really glad we chose this apartment and will definitely book it again if we visit Rome. I can highly recommend it to anyone staying in Rome.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Simona, our gracious host, greeted us upon arrival and provided a detailed overview of the venue and Rome itself. The apartment is situated in a lovely and secure neighborhood, conveniently close to numerous restaurants and a large store. A bus stop is located right in front of the building, offering easy access to the heart of Rome. Alternatively, the metro is just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was impeccably clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We truly felt at home and look forward to returning in the future!

  Apartment is located very well. easy to access center and just 15 minutes walk to Vatican. Around the apartment is Cafeterias and also grocery store.

  Apartment was perfectly clean, and location was excellent. 10 mins walk away from Metro station but there is bus stop right in front of apartment and can be used to get straight to Metro station without walking. Vatican museum is down the street if you keep walking straight. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with everything what we needed.
  Simona was very kind and she welcomed us in the apartment. She explained everything to us about the public transport and local food and attractions. She was very responsive when we needed something.
