A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Rome!
We had an amazing week staying at Rate Appartamento Al Foro Romano—it was truly the perfect home base for exploring the Eternal City!
From the moment we booked, the communication with the host was outstanding—prompt, helpful, and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet area, yet literally around the corner from the Roman Forum and the ancient Jewish Quarter. You can walk with ease to all of Rome’s major attractions, including the Vatican in just 30 minutes. Plus, there are plenty of great-value supermarkets nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials.
The apartment itself is wonderful. The master bedroom upstairs is glorious—with plenty of storage and the most comfortable bed after long days of sightseeing. The downstairs bedroom is perfect for kids, with two cozy single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, making it easy to prepare meals at home.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—thank you for an incredible week! We’d love to return on our next visit to Rome. Highly recommend!

Nice and helpful staff, clean and comfortable beds and rooms , very clear manual on the table for all questions that might come up including a map for all sights. It's found in a great central and quiet location at the same time near a bus stop with constant busses passing by and extremely close to the Roman Forum. We even had a transfer to the airport provided by them so if you are looking where to stay in Rome I highly reccomend this place!

everything was perfect

Excellent location. A short walk to the all the big sites – the Forum, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and not too far a walk to the Vatican and all that area. There are really affordable restaurants nearby. A bit of a walk to a supermarket, if you're buying things for breakfast, but not outrageous.

Location was perfect for exploring Ancient Rome and had a great ‘local’ feel being close by to restaurants and bars.
Elaine from United Kingdom (10/10)
The location was exceptional, once we got our bearings we realised we were only a few steps away from the back entrance to the museum’s on capitoline hill- with a lovely restaurant right on our door step, a deli and farmers market on the next street at the weekend, everything was minutes away
