  Very large appartment with plenty of space for a large group (and 2 bathrooms!), with everything one might need to be comfortable. Livia is a fantastic host and thought of everything. Overall, we felt like we had our true home-base at Rome!

  Everything was perfect, the house looks amazing and is nicely decorated, rooms are very big, everything was perfectly clean. The apartment had everything you can need, iron, washing machine, hairdryers, even the little (but oh so necessary) things like sugar, washing powder or shaving razors. Convenient location next to a few bus stops and shops/restaurants.

  The apartment was big, comfy, clean, with two bathroom, washing machine and everything what a apartment should have. Around the apartment are good restaurant with affordable prices. The owner is very nice and she recomened to us what we should visit.

  The apartment was very comfortable for the seven of us host Livia was very helpful. The apartment was well located easy to get to the main attractions with either the bus or the hop on hop off buses well. Or a 30 minute walk in the cooler part of the day if you’d like to go on foot.

  The location was very good, we preferred it because it was close to termini. Bus line 492 was possible to reach from many places. There were good restaurants (especially Shaki) and grocery shops nearby. If we come again, we would like to stay here. Three families with children stayed very comfortably.
