  The room was exceptionally clean, we've got free coffee, snacks, water in the fridge, clean towels and showergels. There was an AC as well.

  breakfast was minimal, some packaged slices of bread with jam/nutella and some busicuits. Coffee was in the room.

  Excellent price for a basic room with very good A/C in a not so central neighborhood, but easily walkable to restaurants, etc and attractions. The hosts were friendly and helpful, especially with giving me detailed self check-in instructions when my delayed flight got me to the hotel very late in the night.

  Very welcoming and friendly hosts and staff. Very clean room. Perfect location and service for the money. Location in a good area of Rome, further away from tourist attractions which is good because it is calm area.
